At the Zemmerhof farm you can choose among five cosy equipped apartments of different dimensions. In these comfortable accommodations there is enough space for 2-6 people. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a bad with shower, WC, and bidet and also one or two separated bedrooms. In two of our apartments in Castelrotto there is an additional sofa-sleeper. SAT-TV, internet connection and a cosy sitting area are available in all accommodations. The comfortable equipment includes a toaster, a coffee machine, a water boiler, a dish washer and a washing machine.
Outside you will find a garden and a grill area. The youngest guests can also enjoy the playground with swing, slide, sandpit, trampoline and a play house. Obviously there is also a parking place available and, by bad weather, in a cosy recreation room you can spend a funny day playing or reading. Upon request we put at your disposal the children equipment (child’s bed and highchair). From the balcony or the terrace of your accommodation you will have an amazing panorama view over the South Tyrolean alpine world.

Deposit & Payment Terms
Payment is possible in cash or by check, or by bank transfer if desired.
Arrival and departure
Arrival: The apartments are ready for you starting from 3 p.m.
Departure: Unless otherwise agreed, the apartments must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cancellations
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your vacation.
