At the Zemmer farm between the towns of Siusi allo Sciliar and Castelrotto the Prossliner family will welcome you for an adventurous holiday in the Dolomites.
The South Tyrolean traditional farm is located at an altitude of 1.070 metres a.s.l., along a sunny slope. The imposing peak of Sciliar, with its 2.563 metres, represents a wonderful scenery for your holiday at the farm in Castelrotto. From the balcony of your apartment at Siusi or from the wide garden of the house you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain view of Sciliar, one of the South Tyrolean symbols.

Holiday at the edge of
the Siusi Alp
The Zemmerhof farm at the edge of the Siusi Alp will welcome you with five comfortably equipped apartments, which will represent your cosy “buen retiro” during your stay. One apartment can host two guests and the other up to four. In the bigger accommodations there is comfortable place for up to 4-6 people. The accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen, one or two separated bedrooms and modern baths. SAT-TV and internet connection are also available.

The pleasant quietness and the rural surroundings of the Zemmerhof farm create the ideal conditions for relaxing holiday weeks in the South Tyrolean mountains. A lot of animals live at the farm and wonderful hike trails start directly at door’s step. During your farm holiday in Castelrotto you can taste the home-made products of the farm and, upon request, we will offer you also a breakfast service during your stay. Outside there is a grill area, a playground and the Zemmerhof garden.

Your farm holiday in Castelrotto will be characterized by a great variety of funny free time activities. More than 350 km of marked hiking routes will wait for you at the Siusi Alp. With the orbit, whose valley station is located at Siusi allo Sciliar, you reach in a few minutes the widest high alp in Europe. During summer we invite you to visit the alpine area of the Zimmerhof farm, that is situated at an altitude of 1.480 metres on the Siusi Alp. In winter kilometres of cross- country ski trails and perfect arranged ski runs on the high Alp invite you to have fun surrounded by powder snow.

Our family consists of farmer Florian and farmer’s wife Manuela with their 4 children Lara, Mali, Luis and Toni.
Florian is a passionate farmer and together with his wife Manuela he enjoys working on the farm.
Florian really enjoys working with wood, which can be seen in the lovingly furnished apartments on the farm.
We enjoy the free time that we can spend together or during our daily work in nature, as we are a family that loves nature.
We like to devote our free time to our passion for sport, whether cross-country skiing, skiing, jogging or similar, sporting activities are very important to us.
